ITU ECE Department Research Assistant PhD Student İbrahim Yıldırım awarded with "IEEE Latincom Best Paper Award"

Electronics and Communication Engineering Department Research Assistant PhD Student İbrahim Yıldırım has been awarded with "Best Paper Award" at IEEE Latin-American Conference on Communications - (IEEE LATINCOM) Conference, 18-20 Nov 2020.

His joint paper with Assoc. Prof. Ertuğrul Başar from Koç University is shown below:
